  • "Nicolene is an absolute darling and I would recommend her any day. She helped me so much, but not just did she assist with breastfeeding, she helped me by simply just listening. My heart was so overwhelmed but after her visit, I had so much peace. I am so grateful for Nicolene. May you be blessed always."

  • "I highly recommend Antenatal Classes, followed by an infant CPR course with Nicolene. She has helped me feel so much more confident and relaxed ahead of my little one’s arrival. She’s professional and prepared for each session based on my individual needs and has provided me with so much relevant advice on what to expect and how to prepare. So grateful. Thank you!"

  • "I attended the Baby Basics and Early Intervention class this morning. This course is brilliant! Thank you so much, Sr Nicolene. Highly informative and having the knowledge and confidence in knowing what you can do in a stressful situation such as infant CPR or choking can make all the difference. Sr Nicolene is super kind, patient and accommodating – an absolute must for parents and caregivers."

    Vanessa Nielsen

How can I help you?

Antenatal

Preparing for your baby's arrival can be a daunting task. Finding time to read all the books or follow daily apps can be very time-consuming. I’m here to give you practical advice, accumulated over years of personal and paediatric experience.

Postnatal

Congratulations! A lot happens in the first few days after birth and looking after a newborn is a steep learning curve. There will be physical and emotional changes, but fear not, as I’m here to support both you and your baby!

Early Intervention

Do you know what to do in case of an emergency at home? Unresponsive babies, choking, febrile convulsions and head injuries to name a few, are only a reality in the everyday life of young infants and children. Empower yourself!

It’s the small things…
